What Credit Package options are available?

We offer credit packages through our subscription plans: Starter ($9.9/month) with 800 credits, Plus ($19.9/month) with 2,000 credits, and Premium ($49.99/month) with 6,000 credits. We also offer one-time credit packs.

How many credits do different models consume?

Different AI models consume varying amounts of credits. Basic Scream transformations use about 1 credit per generation, while advanced effects may consume more credits. You can see the exact credit cost when selecting a style.

Do purchased credits expire?

No! Your purchased credits never expire and remain valid indefinitely. You can use them whenever you want without worrying about expiration dates.

How do I request a refund?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. For orders older than 7 days, we'll review each case individually. To request a refund, email our customer support team and we'll process your request promptly.

How do I purchase Credit Packages?
